Estimator Cum Project Coordinator
Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator cum Project Coordinator. The Estimator cum Project Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to cost management,fit-out estimating, project estimation, budgeting, and effective communication with stakeholders. The role requires being located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and collaborating closely with the construction team to ensure projects are executed smoothly and within budget.
Skills:
• Strong skills in cost management, Joinery, fit-out estimating, and project estimation and Project coordinating (Min 2years Experience must)
• Proficient in budgeting and resource allocation .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills.
• Experience in the interior fit-out industry - Min 2 years Experience
