1. Estimation and quote preparation based on site team inputs.
2. Preparing BOQ (bill of quantities) by studying specification sheets from the Site team
3. Monitor and control costs throughout the project, identifying cost-saving opportunities
4. Manage the valuation of work done and handle claims and variations
5. Material order preparation and coordinate procurement team for material arrangements at site.
6. Job completion report preparation and submission.
7. Petty cash issue to site team and bills documentation and submit to accounts team.
8. LPO tracker preparation and updating
9. 2D drawing preparation, AutoCAD.
10. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil with fit out experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
