DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

URGENT HIRING

Cost Estimation

: Develop precise cost estimates for metal fabrication, fitout, and interior design projects, factoring in materials, labor, and overhead costs.*

Quantity Take-offs

: Extract material and labor requirements from project drawings and specifications to produce accurate take-offs.*

Subcontractor & Supplier Coordination

: Request and analyze quotes from subcontractors and suppliers to source necessary materials and services.*

Drafting

: Design and produce detailed technical drawings, plans, and layouts for fabrication, fitout, and interior design projects.*

Material Specifications

: Specify material types, finishes, and dimensions clearly in technical drawings to ensure proper fabrication and assembly.*

Project Tracking

: Track the status of estimates and drawings to ensure their timely preparation, submission, and approval.*

Documentation

: Keep thorough records of all estimates, drawings, revisions, and approvals for future reference and project continuity.*

Site Evaluation

: Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, take measurements, and collect necessary data for accurate estimation and drafting.*

Internal Team Collaboration

: Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure cost estimates and designs align with technical specifications and project schedules.*

Troubleshooting

: Provide support in resolving design or fabrication issues during the project execution phase.*

Regulatory Compliance

: Ensure that all estimates and drawings adhere to applicable safety standards, building codes, and regulations.*
