s 1.Review project plans, specifications, and other project documentation to determine the scope and requirements of the project. 2.Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for project materials, labour, and equipment, using industry-standard software and tools. 3.Identify risks and opportunities associated with the project and provide recommendations to minimize costs and improve efficiency. 4.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects, including change orders and variations. 5.Formulate a full complied BOQ of all required items. 6.Candidate should have excellent experience in designing shop-drawing for aluminum and glass works. 7.Make material orders as per approved shop drawings. 8.Preparing as build drawings. 9.Preparing production- work orders/Cutt list. Qualifications: * Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying and estimating for Aluminum and metal construction projects. * Strong knowledge of industry-specific software and tools, including AutoCAD. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
