We are seeking an experienced

Estimator

with a strong background in

aluminum and facade systems

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to develop accurate cost estimates for commercial and residential facade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for aluminum and facade systems based on architectural drawings and specifications Review project documents to determine scope, materials, labor, and timelines Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure estimates meet project requirements Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing Analyze historical data and market trends to ensure accurate and competitive bids Assist with value engineering and alternative solutions when required Support the sales and project management teams throughout the bid process

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as an estimator in the aluminum/facade

or related construction industry Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, aluminum windows, and glazing systems Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications Experience with estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel) Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Familiarity with local building codes and industry standards
