We are currently seeking " Estimator" efficient in " preparing BOQ and estimates" with production experience in Signage, Interiors or Exhibition industry to join our expanding team.

We are a 18 year old leading full-service Graphics and Display Solution company manufacturing Display Stands, Kiosks, Signages, Exhibition stands etc Located in Dubai Production City.

Job Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Architecture / Civil or equivalent
• At least two years of UAE/GCC working experience as an Estimator in Advertising, Exhibitions, Signages or Interior fit-out industry.
• Strong purchasing experience with local raw materials is •preferred •.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attentive to every detail, ability handle pressure to meet deadline
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD is must
• Proficient in MS excel, word etc.
• Can join immediately

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for a variety of medium and large projects using appropriate tools and systems.
• Discuss, coordinate, and resolve estimating input/queries with project team and subject matter experts available in the organization to ensure quality estimate.
• Preparing BOQ and Estimates from concept sketches / design briefs
• Compute costs by analyzing Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, specifications, and related documents
• Coordinate with the Sales / Design / Production Team / Project manager
• Preparing and submitting quotations and detail costs to Team Leaders
• Monitoring the costs at the different stages of a project to ensure it stays within the estimated costs.
