Job Description

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY / BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIESThoroughly analyze project drawings and specifications to develop accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs).Prepare comprehensive cost estimates using industry-standard software and tools.Collaborate with subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for various project components.Conduct site visits to gather essential information for accurate estimation.Maintain a cost database for efficient analysis and reporting.MINIMUM EXPERIENCEBachelors Degree or Diploma in a related field (Civil/Architectural Engineering)Proven track record of successfully completing major projects with reputable clientsMinimum of 5 years of work experience in joinery/fit out in a well-established organizationAt least 2 years of work experience in a similar position in the UAE
