We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement/Estimation Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical systems procurement, estimation for MEP projects, and a thorough understanding of UAE market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates and detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for mechanical works in MEP projects. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to procure quality materials at the best prices. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and requirements to develop accurate estimates. Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely procurement. Monitor market trends, including price changes and availability of materials and equipment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers. Ensure compliance with company policies, project timelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and estimation within the UAE MEP industry. Strong knowledge of local suppliers, materials, and market pricing in the UAE. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software. Familiarity with HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus). UAE driving license
