The Role

Head of Estimation Salary Up to 85,000 AED Per month plus flights, medical & bonuses Leading UAE Buildings Main contractor. Based in the Dubai Head office near Dubai mall Group has a specific niche in buildings from residential, mixed use, commercial & industrial. Largest project delivered to date is 2.7 Billion AED. An exciting order book and outlook so it's a critical hire to get the right experienced estimation head into the business. Are you an experienced professional in the field of construction estimation, seeking a role that offers both challenge and reward? A prestigious building main contractor in Dubai is looking for a Head of Estimation to lead their dynamic team. This role promises not only a competitive salary of up to 85,000 AED per month but also the chance to work on high-profile projects ranging from 300 million to 3 billion AED. Our client - delivered projects across 6 of the emirates in the UAE - 40 years success - strong links across the market - seen as a joint venture of choice many many international contractors - huge in-house capabilities Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the multi national estimation team, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of bids. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. - Oversee the analysis of project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. - Provide strategic input to the senior management team, contributing to the overall business strategy.



Requirements

Skills and Experience Required:

- A minimum of 15 years' experience in construction estimation, with at least 6 years in a leadership role in the UAE - Proven track record of managing bids for large-scale projects, for leading main contractors in the UAE - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in estimation software and tools ( candy) - Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
