Job Title : Estimation Manager - CIVIL With MEP knowledge (UAE experience)

Location : Abu Dhabi

Experience : Minimum 15 Years (at least 5+ years within the UAE)

Salary : TBD + Standard UAE Benefits (negotiable)

Language :Arabic and English

Overview :

-This Invitation is for and highly experienced Estimation Manager with the minimum 15 years of exposure in the Construction Industry within UAE (preferably, Abu Dhabi).

-The Ideal candidate should possess strong Commercial (Civil & MEP) , Contracts, QS and Project Management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

-Management of various tendering processes

-Review and complete all forms of Bids; by ensuring they are within the required Project Specifications

-Perform Evaluation of Bids, provide competitive Pricing

-Conceptualize layouts for projects and review all estimates prior to submissions

-Provide, plan and execute specific forecasts and drive projects cycle

-Capable of undertaking multiple bids concurrently and perform effective liaison with relevant teams, Management & internal and external Stakeholders.

-Other project initiations as appropriate.

- Supervise Estimation Department and ensure teamwork and continues system improvement within the Department

Qualification:

-Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

-Excellent Communication and Inter-personal Skills

-Should be a go-getter and able to negotiate, justify or convince stakeholders with integrity, rational and diplomacy

-Possess strong Leadership acumen handling teams with strong planning, analytical skills with a sound technical background

-Ability to extend work hours to undertake vigorous Project cycle as needed and during Emergency situations

-Excellent people management skills

- Computer Literate and knowledgeable in Estimation software
