Estimation Engineer Fitout
Job Description
• Must have specialized estimation, QS and cost control experience in interior fit-out & joinery works.
• Strong market knowledge of materials, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Have excellent knowledge of joinery raw materials: veneer, woods, laminate and all interior fit-out finishing materials.
• Be capable of preparing BOQ's, material quantities and selecting all appropriate materials for the project.
• Review the tender documents/drawings, scope of work, terms and conditions of contract and technical and material specifications of items.
• Experience of reviewing tender drawings and material specifications
• Have the ability and experience to fully review CAD drawing and 3D's for fit-out and joinery works.
• Preparing technical clarifications to clients for discrepancies in tender documents after reviewing and incorporating required changes after responses.
• Assisting with supplier meetings and discussions for negotiating priced quotations.
• Fully up to date to float inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors where required and to obtain competitive quotations.
• Provide comparison documentation as per management requirements sheet for quotations received for management final review.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
