Estimator Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimator Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in accurately estimating project costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and supporting successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on technical drawings, specifications, and site requirements.

Analyze project requirements and collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop comprehensive budgets.

Identify and evaluate materials, labor, and equipment costs.

Review contracts, change orders, and scope of work to ensure alignment with project budgets.

Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and construction methodologies to enhance estimation accuracy.

Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize project cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience 3 years as an Estimator Engineer in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of estimation software and tools

Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
