Immediate Hiring - Estimation Engineer Fables Interiors, a leading company in interior design, fit-out, and project management, is looking for an Estimation Engineer. Requirements: Must be able to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications. Proficiency in preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects. Experience in material quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and pricing. Ability to collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods used in interior fit-out projects. Proficient in using estimation software and tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. To be considered for the role: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation, preferably in the interior fit-out industry. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other relevant estimation software. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
