We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer specializing in landscaping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Reviewing landscaping plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Preparing detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) including breakdown, quantity take-offs, pricing, exclusions, and terms & conditions.
• Creating BOQs in accordance with tender documents or the client's specifications.
• Developing project cost estimates.
• Performing design calculations for irrigation systems, swimming pools, and landscape lighting.
• Assisting the site team with project execution, ensuring alignment with design and quotations.
• Keeping a record of all prepared quotations.
• Preparing invoices and other required documents.
• Sending inquiries to sub-contractors/suppliers and ensuring their quotations match project specifications.
• Verifying that all project materials meet technical and project-specific requirements.
• Advising on procurement strategies.

Job Specifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Mandatory UAE experience in landscaping.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Estimation engineer: 3 years (Required)
• landscaping: 2 years (Required)
