Job Title: Estimation Engineer (HVAC)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in the HVAC industry with a proven track record.
• Track and collect the HVAC Tender / Enquiry in time from Clients.
• Study the Tender document / Enquiry and prepare Bid Document for approval of Management.
• Attend pre bid meetings.
• Preparation of HVAC pre bid queries and site surveys.
• Interact with suppliers and sub-contractors for obtaining technically compliant proposals on various items of the HVAC and associated systems of Tender / Enquiry and prepare comparative statements to arrive rationalized costs for various item categories of the system.
• Comply to procedures related to estimation and documentation required as per Tender as well as ISO procedures of the company.
• Ensure accurate estimation of plan/specification and design/build HVAC systems.
• Study and preparation of quantity take offs from the tender drawings issued by the customer in Design and Build Enquiries.
• Preparation of direct and indirect estimation of project resource requirements, Site establishment with plant and machinery, bill of quantities and its estimation for material as well as labour cost estimation as per the Tender.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure projects are executed within budget and in accordance with IFC drawings/specifications.
• Preparation of an effective bid / Tender by due date and the HVAC Cost Estimation with due diligence & coordination with other members of the Team.
• Preparation of final tender and proposals in soft copy / hard bid for submission to Client.
