Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Equivalent

• Years of Experience :
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or a similar industry.
• Specific experience in estimation and bid preparation.
• Industry Knowledge :
• Understanding of FM services such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, and security.
• Knowledge of preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Tendering and Bidding :
• Experience in preparing technical and commercial bids for FM contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for FM services, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracting costs.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to prepare client proposals.
• Align estimates with client requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct site visits to assess the scope of work and collect data for accurate estimation.
• Provide budgeting inputs for FM contracts.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Engage with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotations for specialized services.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
• AutoCAD (for basic understanding of layouts).
• Estimation software
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and identify trends or cost-saving opportunities.
• Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and other facility components.
