Estimation Engineer

Job Description
3+ years of experience in estimation or quantity surveying in the construction industry for immediate joining.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Evaluate and quantify materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Prepare and submit tender and bid documentation in line with deadlines.
Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to gather necessary information for accurate pricing.
Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
Monitor market trends and price fluctuations for construction materials and labor.
Review and interpret client requirements and technical specifications.
Conduct risk analysis and propose contingencies for identified risks.
Assist in value engineering and cost optimization strategies.
