Luminex Steel is seeking a skilled

Estimation Engineer

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring competitive pricing for structural steel and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to prepare cost estimates. Determine material, labor, and equipment costs for steel structures and construction projects. Work closely with procurement and engineering teams to optimize costs. Prepare tender documents and submit competitive bids. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and feasibility. Identify cost-saving opportunities and risks in project execution. Stay updated on market trends, material prices, and industry standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field. Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in estimation within the steel construction industry. Strong knowledge of structural steel, fabrication, and erection processes. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software

. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. UAE experience preferred.
