Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction and interiors industry. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs and preparing comprehensive estimates to ensure competitive bidding and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.
• Utilize industry-leading software and tools to perform quantity take-offs and cost calculations.
• Evaluate project risks and opportunities, offering value engineering alternatives where applicable.
• Prepare detailed and organized bid packages and proposals.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market conditions, material costs, and labor rates to ensure competitiveness.
• Participate in bid review meetings and negotiations with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Estimation Engineer in the construction and interiors sector, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in estimation software such as CostX, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, CPE, or similar) is a plus.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience in preparing estimates for a variety of project types, including residential, commercial, and institutional.
