A Reputed Contracting company is looking for •Estimation Engineer • for their Construction Projects in •Abu Dhabi, UAE •

• •4+ Years Experience in Estimation/Quantity Survey Experience in UAE/GCC •
• •Experience in earthworks, pavement work, floating pontoon, block works/concrete, marine works, excavation, and building works is Required •
• •Must have a Civil Engineering Degree •
• •Tagalog/Sinhala/Hindi Speakers Required •

Position Overview:

• Manage the estimation process for civil engineering projects
• Ensure accurate and competitive cost proposals
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed project estimates outlining the scope of work, specifications, and documentation requirements
• Estimate costs across different scopes of work within a project, considering materials, labor, and other resources
• Estimate the quality and quantity of materials required for the project
• Maintain a database of suppliers, generate leads for potential suppliers, organize meetings with potential new suppliers, and keep supplier lists updated
• Manage supplier information, including products offered, service costing, and any changes in offerings
• Calculate overhead, direct and indirect expenses, and wastage lost, damaged, or unused during a project
• Initiate inquiries to obtain quotations for project materials or services
• Obtain final approval from managers for selected suppliers/subcontractors
• Issue purchase orders to chosen subcontractors/suppliers
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for invoicing and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience in civil engineering and contracting in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, pavement work, floating pontoon, block works/concrete, marine works, excavation, and building works
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
