Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer with expertise in civil and MEP construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 13-20 years of proven experience in the GCC region and a strong background in budgeting, quantity surveying (QS), and procurement .

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review accurate cost estimates for both civil and MEP construction projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and procurement.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids to achieve cost efficiency.
• Provide budgeting and forecasting updates throughout project lifecycles.
• Ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• 13-20 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer in the GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, quantity surveying, and procurement processes.
• Proficient in estimation software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
