Estimation Engineer
Job Description
AMC Protection L.L.C. seeks an Estimation Engineer skilled in waterproofing and construction cost estimation. The role involves analyzing project specifications, conducting client meetings and site visits, developing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with teams to ensure project alignment and budget control.
Key Responsibilities :
• Conduct project evaluations and cost estimates for waterproofing.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage budgets for cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with teams during site visits to assess project scope and risks.
• Maintain pricing data to improve future estimates.
Qualifications :
• Civil Engineering Certificate.
• Experience in cost estimation, preferably in waterproofing or construction.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• UAE Driving License.
