Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



• Prepare accurate cost estimates for fire fighting equipment and systems based on client specifications and project requirements
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to develop customized solutions for clients
• Conduct site visits and gather relevant information for estimation and design purposes
• Utilize AutoCAD and other software to create detailed designs and technical drawings
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all designs
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
• Continuously research new technologies and industry trends to improve product design and cost-effectiveness
• Must have and experience in estimation of FAS , FAVE , PAVA , CBS and Emergency Lighting systems
• Ability to design Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems for small, medium, and large projects
• Prepare detailed fire alarm system estimates based on project specifications and requirements.
• Review and analyze blueprints, drawings, and other project documentation to determine materials, labor, and equipment needed for each project.
• Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate estimates.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and assess project requirements.
• Research and source materials and equipment needed for fire alarm system installations.
• Should have experience in Fire Alarm , Emergency, Lighting , Voice evacuation and PAVA



Requirements:



• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field


- well versed with Fire and Line Safety UAE fire codes and NFPA -72

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire alarm system estimation or a similar role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
• Strong understanding of fire fighting equipment and systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in the fire fighting industry
