Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate cost estimates for fire fighting equipment and systems based on client specifications and project requirements
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Conduct site visits and gather relevant information for estimation and design purposes
- Utilize AutoCAD and other software to create detailed designs and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all designs
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Continuously research new technologies and industry trends to improve product design and cost-effectiveness- Must have and experience in estimation of FAS , FAVE , PAVA , CBS and Emergency Lighting systems- Ability to design Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems for small, medium, and large projects- Prepare detailed fire alarm system estimates based on project specifications and requirements.- Review and analyze blueprints, drawings, and other project documentation to determine materials, labor, and equipment needed for each project.- Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate estimates.- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and assess project requirements.- Research and source materials and equipment needed for fire alarm system installations.- Should have experience in Fire Alarm , Emergency, Lighting , Voice evacuation and PAVARequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field- well versed with Fire and Line Safety UAE fire codes and NFPA -72
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire alarm system estimation or a similar role.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of fire fighting equipment and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
