Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in estimation works within the civil engineering industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of invoices/Payment certificates of awarded projects in co-ordination with Project Manager and Estimation Manager. Follow-up of payments. Cost control of Awarded projects based on the Budget Provided by Estimation Manager Analyze project documents to understand requirements. Estimate quantities of materials, labor and equipment. Prepare accurate cost estimates for piling, shoring, and marine projects. Develop detailed bid proposals and cost breakdowns. Research pricing information for competitiveness. Adjust estimates for scope changes. Participate in site visits and client interactions. Ensure accuracy of estimates with project managers and engineers. Preparation of variations as per the site requirements and follow-up. If required, need to visit the Project sites and co-ordinate with Project Manager to prepare the variations and payment applications. Data preparation after award/lost of any project. Negotiations with sub-contractors during tender and after award of project and co-ordination with Procurement manager in preparation of LPOS.
