You will be responsible for supporting with Social and Paid Search campaign management . You will be participating in the strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting of across the agency's accounts. You will provide support to the extended local performance and ad operations team working to develop the operational capabilities within the agency.
Role context:
• Responsible for managing the operations of digital biddable campaigns.
• Manage end to end campaign operations and technical implementation Paid Search, Paid social ( Meta, Tiktok, Snap ads, Twitter (X) and Linkedin ) as well as biddable display and video ( excl Programmatic).
Main responsibilities and duties:
• Activation and optimization of day-to-day digital performance campaign (i.e., Paid Search, Social, Display and Video).
• Active support in establishing data-driven Performance strategies to drive business outcomes for our clients.
• Setting up and optimizing campaigns across Performance Channels.
• Monitor campaigns: optimizations, ongoing analysis to ensure your campaigns are meeting business objectives.
• Campaign measurement and analysis: you are able to follow a measurement framework and are familiar with performance tracking (web and app). You have working knowledge of GA4 and major MMPs ( Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava...).
• In-depth analysis to generate actionable insights to improve business KPIs.
• Cross-channel optimization based on clear attribution models.
• Provide best in class client servicing by adhering to SLAs and adopting a proactive approach.
• You will adopt a continual 'test and learn' approach to all performance marketing activities, developing A/B tests and sharing results with the wider team.
• Be a master of our internal processes.
• Provide consistent and effective support to senior managers.
• Keep up to date with latest digital marketing developments.
• Interact with the different entities (management, technical team, Paris operational team).
Required skills:
• You have proven experience in performance marketing (1-3 years)
• You are certified across Google Ads products (Google Ads Search Certification, Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Video Certification, Shopping Ads certification, Google Ads Measurement Certification)
• You are blueprint certified (Facebook Certified Media Planning Professional OR Facebook Certified Media Buying Professional)
• You are Search Ads 360 certified and have experience with the overall Google Marketing Platform stack
• You are familiar with and competent using Looker Studio
• You are competent on Excel and PPT.
• You have great attention to details
• You have strong analytical skills with an ability to analyze and draw insights.
• You are bilingual (English and Arabic)
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You are a flexible, approachable attitude with good problem-solving skills
• You can work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in a performance role is preferred.
