Role: We are looking for dedicated ESL Teachers who are enthusiastic about crafting impactful learning experiences for a diverse student body. This position offers you the unique chance to be involved in not just teaching but also curriculum development and other creative aspects of education. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute lesson plans that cater to individual student needs.
- Continuously assess and provide constructive feedback for student performance.
- Collaborate with team members on curriculum innovation.
- Take part in professional development activities, both in-house and externally.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, adding depth and richness to students\' educational experience.
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is required; a Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus.
- Prior teaching experience is not necessary, but a passion for teaching is a must.
- Excellent classroom management abilities.
