We are seeking a dynamic E-Services Transformation Expert to lead the digital transformation of our service delivery systems. This role is crucial in transitioning traditional service models to efficient, automated, and user-friendly digital platforms, enhancing customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.
As an E-Services Transformation Expert , you will develop and execute digital strategies that align with organizational objectives. You will design user-centric e-service solutions, integrate cutting-edge technologies, and drive the transformation process while ensuring security, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in digital transformation, customer experience, and innovative service delivery models.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Design and map digital customer journeys, ensuring a seamless, user-centric experience across all touchpoints.
• Integrate automation tools, AI, and cloud services to optimize e-service delivery.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of e-service platforms with existing systems like CRM and ERP.
• Ensure data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR or CCPA.
• Manage e-service transformation projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and build business cases for digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital solutions with business objectives.
• Monitor e-service performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies like blockchain, IoT, and AI to future-proof e-services.
Skills
Essential Skills:
• Expertise in digital transformation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and data privacy regulations.
• Experience in API integration, workflow automation, and business process re-engineering.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) for performance monitoring and optimization.
Desirable Skills:
• Familiarity with customer service tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk) and digital service trends (blockchain, AR/VR).
• Experience in stakeholder management and user training for e-service adoption.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
