The Position
Do you want to improve your skills in a well established group? Do you want to use your knowledge in the field of digitalization to benefit health? It's perfect ! We are looking for an eServices digitalization Intern for a period of 6 months, starting September 2024.
Integrated into the Technical Service, you will report to the Technical Service Manager. Your daily life will be punctuated by the following missions: Configuration access to Navify Portal & eService Online Support for ours customers; Configuration of Roche Direct solution for our customers; Work closely with the sales team to conduct training / education for customers regarding the use of Roche Direct for remote maintenance.
The profile : -You are currently training as part of a master's degree with a specialization in digital transformation / digitalization. You are looking for an internship opportunity for a period of 6 months. -You are able to work at least 30 hours per week and have a good knowledge of collaboration tools. -You are Fluent in French.
