We're looking for a customer-oriented •E-Sales Representative • with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Required skills:
• Respond to customer questions and solve their issues via email, phone or chat.
• Help customers place orders, track shipments and process returns.
• Collaborate with other departments such as shipping and billing to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify difficult problems and escalate them to higher up or supervisors.
• Stay up to date on product information and industry trends to provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve and exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance measures.
• Continually improve customer service processes and procedures.
