Erp Technical Support Engineer Female
Job Description
We are looking for an ERP technical Support engineer with minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in ERP / Accounting software. As atechnical Support engineer, you will be working with our team to Implement & adapt to our ERP Software according to client needs. You will be closely working with implementation team , customers and our sales team to analyze the customer's proper requirements and co ordination. candidate should have excellent problem solving skill and presentation skill.
Key Responsibilities
Being an implementation consultant you will be responsible for the complete implementation and support for our ERP software.
• Implementation & support for the Clients (both Onsite & online)
• Preparation of Process Documents , Flows etc
• Customer Relationship with proper communication.
• On time implementation and support .
• Conduct User Training & presentations
• Should take responsibility for the implementation towards completion.
Qualification & Skills
• Must Have 2+ years of Real experience in ERP Software Implementation.
• Should have detailed knowledge about the process flow of ERP cycle and modules
• Should Have Knowledge in SQL Server and database activities
• Knowledge in Finance and Accounts will be advantage.
• Should have good Communication skill.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
