:A 11-year-old consultancy company is recruiting a Financial ERP Support Consultant who will be responsible for providing expert-level support to clients utilising financial management software solutions. Your role encompasses system configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal software performance.Key Responsibilities:Project Management Support: Provide onsite post-go-live support for ERP systems, troubleshoot issues, collaborate with clients to identify their needs, document support cases, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of functionalities.Client Support: Provide day-to-day technical support and guidance to clients using the management software (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, FIS, etc.). Respond to and resolve software-related queries.Software Configuration: Assist clients with system configurations, customizations, and optimization to suit their business requirements.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues related to the software, working closely with client IT teams and vendors if needed.Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for clients on software usage and best practices. Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and client FAQs.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and consultants, to ensure smooth software implementations, upgrades, and support.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing proactive support and recommendations.Software Updates & Maintenance: Stay up-to-date with the latest software releases, patches, and industry best practices, advising clients on necessary updates or system enhancements.Key Skills & Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree or Masters in Finance, IT, Business, or related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with finance management software solutions or Financial ERP (e.g., Kyriba, SAP, Reval, Oracle, Dynamics etc.).Skills: Basic knowledge in accounting and finance, strong understanding of financial systems.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Problem-solving: Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Client-focused: Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality support.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in a client-facing consulting or support role.Knowledge of Finance operations, cash management, financial risk management etc.
