Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify and target potential clients within the Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Real Estate & Property management sectors.
• Conduct market research to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients.
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for sales presentations.
Client Engagement:
• Initiate contact with prospects and establish rapport.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' facility management challenges.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of the ERP system to potential clients.
Product Presentations:
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations showcasing the features and benefits of the ERP system.
• Customize presentations based on the specific needs and requirements of each prospect.
Sales Negotiations:
• Lead negotiations with potential clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Address concerns and objections raised by prospects, providing solutions and reassurances as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to structure deals that meet both client expectations and company goals.
Sales Cycle Management:
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, providing regular updates on the status of each prospect.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage interactions with clients and prospects.
Relationship Building:
• Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about industry trends and client needs to anticipate and address future requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the customer support and product development teams to address client needs and feedback.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
• Conversant with all core modules of ERP
• Significant experience in the IT industry working in Sales and/or Account Management.
• Experience of successfully selling ERP solutions.
• Experience of business development/sales processes A demonstrable understanding of the ERP software life cycle from envisioning to solution implementation to managed services.
• A clear and demonstrable track record of sales with achievement of at least 3 out of the last 4 years on/exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work and collaborate productively across sales, marketing, sales support and customer delivery teams, even when under pressure
