Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and other modern frameworks.
Develop and implement RESTful APIs using Web API technologies.
Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions using SQL Server, SQL Azure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design software solutions, and ensure seamless integration across various systems.
Perform code reviews to maintain high coding standards and ensure quality control.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates.
Continuously improve the performance, scalability, and security of existing applications.
Skills/Experience:
Bachelors Degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, SQL Azure, and Web API.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with version control tools, such as Git or TFS.
Strong knowledge of database design, development, and optimization.
Proficient with RESTful web services and API integration.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.

Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.
