Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ERP Sales Consultant to join our team. The ERP Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales of our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems and a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the software industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to understand client needs, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential clients in need of ERP solutions. 2. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business requirements and pain points. 3. Present and demonstrate our ERP solutions to clients, highlighting their features and benefits. 4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotes. 5. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. 6. Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation. 7. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors\' offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market. 8. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 9. Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM software. 10. Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to network and generate leads.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in software or technology sales. 3. Solid understanding and hands-on experience in ERP systems and their functionality. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships. 1. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs. 2. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience selling ERP solutions or related software products. 2. Knowledge of industry-specific ERP solutions (e.g., manufacturing, retail, healthcare). 3. Crtitical Thinking 4.
