What You Will Do:

• Support ERP implementation projects alongside experienced ERP functional consultants.
• Assist in configuring and testing ERP modules, including Accounting, Inventory, and Purchasing.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored support.
• Help ensure smooth pre and post-implementation transitions by providing ongoing assistance to clients.
• Conduct training sessions for client teams to enhance their ERP system proficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly with guidance from senior consultants.
• Maintain project documentation and reports to ensure seamless tracking and communication.

What We Are Looking For:

• Basic understanding of Accounting, Inventory, and Purchasing processes (academic knowledge accepted).
• Passion for learning ERP systems; prior exposure is a huge advantage.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond to support customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a very keen eye for detail.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes rapidly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
