What You Will Do:

• Take ownership of ERP implementation projects handed over by the Sales team.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of all ERP modules, including Accounting , Inventory , and Purchasing .
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and tailor implementation to deliver maximum business value.
• Provide proactive support to clients, going the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction and success.
• Train client teams on the ERP system and ensure smooth post-implementation transitions.
• Be accountable for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time and with excellence.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting , Purchasing , and Inventory processes.
• Previous experience implementing ERP systems (F&B industry experience is a huge plus).
• A proactive mindset with a customer-first attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for your work, projects, and customer success.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp new tools and processes rapidly.
• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
• Passion for solving customer challenges and delivering exceptional service.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
