Responsibilities:

• Provide functional consulting and business analysis across industries like retail, manufacturing, and distribution, leveraging best practices.
• Analyze existing systems to identify gaps and create tailored ERP solutions, including configuration, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop process flows, functional specifications, and training materials.
• Offer end-user support through troubleshooting, training, and addressing inquiries.
• Stay updated on ERP trends and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
• Support project planning, risk management, and timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance ERP functionality and build strong, ongoing relationships.
• Work under senior consultants to gain expertise and travel for on-site client support as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
