Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP Functional Consultant to lead the successful implementation of ERP systems and provide ongoing support to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate client needs into effective ERP solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP implementation projects from planning through to go-live, including requirement gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to identify business needs, design solutions, and ensure successful system integration.
- Customize and configure ERP modules to meet business-specific requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and system performance.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
- Work with technical teams to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing ERP implementation projects and delivering results within scope and timelines.
- Relevant ERP certification (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.
