: ERP Domain Consultant - Presales (Software Sales Exp is Must)
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable ERP Domain Consultant with expertise in presales activities. As an ERP Domain Consultant, you will play a vital role in understanding client requirements, showcasing the capabilities of the ERP system, and guiding potential customers through the presales process. Your in-depth understanding of ERP functionalities and business processes will be essential in presenting the benefits and value proposition of the ERP solution to clients.
Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis:
• Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and understand their business processes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to gather information and insights about prospective clients.
• Identify gaps between client requirements and the ERP solution's functionalities and propose suitable solutions.
Presales Presentations and Demonstrations:
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Showcase the features and benefits of the ERP solution in alignment with client needs.
• Address client queries and concerns, providing comprehensive and accurate responses.
• Customize demonstrations to highlight the specific requirements and use cases of each client.
Solution Design and Proposal:
• Collaborate with the sales and implementation teams to design tailored ERP solutions for clients.
• Develop detailed proposals, including solution architecture, timelines, and pricing.
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with industry best practices and address client objectives.
Relationship Building:
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their pain points and goals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for nurturing leads and converting them into customers.
Market Intelligence:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the ERP domain.
• Provide feedback and insights to the product development team for continuous improvement of the ERP solution.
• Share market intelligence and client feedback with the sales and marketing teams for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an ERP Domain Consultant or similar role, with expertise in presales activities.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP functionalities and modules.
• Strong understanding of business processes across various industries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to travel for client meetings and presentations as required.
