Job Title: ERP Developer / ERP Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Developer to design, develop, and maintain a customized ERP system tailored to our factory operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our teams to understand requirements, implement features, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a customized ERP system to meet our factory's operational requirements.
• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot the ERP system for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Integrate the ERP system with third-party software or tools as needed.
• Develop and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards for real-time data insights.
• Provide user training, support, and documentation.
• Implement system security, data backup, and recovery processes.
• Stay updated with the latest ERP and software development technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ERP development and customization.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of ERP platforms like Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or custom-built systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience 5-10years in manufacturing or factory-related ERP systems.
• Familiarity with API integrations and middleware solutions.
• Knowledge of automation tools and IoT systems for manufacturing.
