Erp And It Support Analyst – Cinema Operations
Job Description
Functional and technical knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP to fix daily L1-L2 user issues
Functional and technical knowledge and experience in Power apps, PR and Payment portal processes to fix daily L1-L2 user issues
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network management
Vista cinema experience for all the modules (Head office, gift card, voucher management, Loyalty, Film Programming, connect, back office etc)
E-commerce experience with integration into Vista
In-depth knowledge of Vista cinema APIs
Hands-on experience with SQL database
Knowledge of Windows servers, Point of sale
Experience in setting up the IT for a new cinema
Manage IT helpdesk system and resolve user IT related issues within SLA
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Microsoft Dynamics ERP to fix daily L1-L2 user issues: 3 years (Preferred)
• Vista Cinema: 3 years (Preferred)
• SQL: 3 years (Preferred)
