Head EPC partnerships
Negotiation & Development of EPC Projects
Structure with internal legal teams the EPC contractxe2x80x99s and negotiate the same
Control and take care to integrate into EPC the strategic procurement of long lead and key items to which the company has framework agreements
Negotiate T&Cs of EPC contracts
Develop & Pipeline EPC Projects
Oversee strategic procurement processes to secure vital contracts and equipment, mitigating project schedule risks
Supervise resources dedicated to technical due diligence for new project concepts and M&A opportunities
