Skills and Competencies

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with contractors, clients, and consultants.

? Demonstrated leadership experience and Proven track record in delivering projects in UAE

? Strong Knowledge of current sustainability standards: LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), Estidama - PBRS (Pearl Building Rating System), Barjeel Green Building Regulations in RAK, Dubai Green Building Regulations (DGBR) and Al Sa'fat - Dubai Green Building System and other relevant guidelines

4+ years of Estidama (PBRS, PVRS, and PCRS) and LEED experience is an advantage

Experience in managing projects independently.

? Fluent/native English, strong communication skills, and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Willing to travel within UAE regularly.

Must have GCC experience.

? In-depth knowledge of sustainable green building construction environmental practices. Strong project management and organizational skills

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (Environmental, Construction Management and Architecture (PREFERRED), Civil Engineering (PREFERRED), Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (PREFERRED). Job description

? The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sustainability practices in a built environment, with a strong emphasis on green building certification guidelines

? Develop strategies to achieve high-performance building standards.

? Oversee the preparation and submission of certification documentation

? Conduct sustainability assessments and inspections for buildings and infrastructure projects. -

? Advise on sustainable design practices and materials selection.

? Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery

? Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate sustainability objectives.

? Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to contractors, consultants, and clients/stakeholders

? Stay up to date with the latest developments in green building standards and sustainability practices relevant to the UAE

? Conduct training sessions and workshops for Internal teams and Subcontractors on sustainability topics including Waste Management

? Provide technical advice on energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, and indoor environmental quality.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

? Identify new business opportunities and assist in the preparation of proposals and bids Professional Experience: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in sustainability consulting, particularly in Enabling works Certifications: - LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). - Estidama Pearl Qualified Professional (PBRS, PVRS and PCRS)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
