Are you a recent female graduate or an individual looking to begin your career in customer service? Vulcan is actively seeking enthusiastic female candidates to join us as Entry Level Follow-Up Executives! Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up calls to potential clients to gather feedback and assess their needs.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize follow-up strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Basic computer skills.
- No prior experience required.
- Degree preferred.
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
