The Associate were looking for will be involved in most, if not all, elements of our operations. One day youll be convincing the hottest start-up about the benefits of joining Endeavors selection process, the next day youll be recruiting the CMO of a major company to become a mentor, and then youll wrap it up by helping us build the Endeavor community. Sound interesting? Read more below. Key Responsibilities Selection of Endeavor Entrepreneurs (35%)
- Build a pipeline of high-growth companies to join Endeavors rigorous Selection process.
- Manage the Candidates journey through the Selection process
- Write up in-depth company profiles for Endeavor Mentors to learn about the Endeavor Candidate.
- Collaborate with Endeavor Entrepreneurs to identify and anticipate their challenges
- Deliver Endeavor services to Endeavor Entrepreneurs. This involves matching the Entrepreneur with one of Endeavors 4,000+ mentors and facilitating the participation in Endeavors programmatic services across Access to Capital, Mentors, Markets and Talent
- Recruit top-tier business minds to address gaps in the local Mentor network
- Identify and recruit partners by finding win-win opportunities
- Host events to bring together the local ecosystem and make the magic happen!
- Assist with getting the Endeavor name out there through social and marketing channels

- Passion for business, economics, entrepreneurship, and/or international development.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in business, consulting, venture capital, finance, or international development.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and Arabic is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Business acumen with an understanding of finance, capable of evaluating entrepreneurs, business models, and projects.
