Enterprise Sales Closer (Commission-Based)

is responsible for managing the final stages of the sales process for large, high-value clients. They focus on closing deals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth transitions from the prospecting stage to customer onboarding. This commission-based role rewards the agent for successfully converting leads into long-term enterprise customers, often involving complex negotiations and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the final stages of the sales cycle, focusing on closing high-value deals Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business needs Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and smooth handoff Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM Achieve or exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings

Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in enterprise sales or high-value deal closures Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to handle complex sales processes Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
