Job Title: Enterprise Sales Account Manager Experience (IT infrastructure & Security)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure & Security system integration or related fields.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads within medium to large enterprises, managing client accounts, and driving sales of our IT system integration solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise sales and a deep understanding of IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within medium to large enterprises.
- Utilize various sales strategies and tools to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their IT needs.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical, marketing and sales, to ensure client requirements are met.
- Communicate client feedback and market trends to help shape the company's offerings and strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales metrics and activities using CRM software.
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Managing medium to large enterprise accounts.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT security and enterprise technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
