In the role, you will leverage your expertise in risk management to act as a Consultant for external organizations, providing strategic guidance and implementation support. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of risk management principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse clientsActivities > 1) Conduct thorough assessments of clients\' risk management practices, identifying areas for improvement and enhancement; 2) Develop customized enterprise risk management strategies tailored to each client\'s unique needs and industry dynamics; 3) Assist clients in the practical implementation of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures; 4) Deliver training programs to client teams, increasing their awareness of risk management best practices 5) Establish monitoring mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of implemented risk management strategies 6) Stay informed about industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements 7) Maintain open and effective communication with client stakeholders, including executives, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives 8) Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices in enterprise risk managementRequired qualifications > 1) Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field 2) Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree and relevant certifications (e.g., CRM, ARM) are preferred 3) Proven experience in enterprise risk management, with a successful track record of consulting with diverse organizations 4) Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently 5) Familiarity with a variety of industries and risk contexts 6) Previous Consulting Firm needed (Big4, Boutique, MBB) 7) Collaborative mindset and the ability to build rapport with clientsWorkload/Location > Full time role, UAEEngagement > Permanent or Temporary + Permanent position after 6 monthsStart date > research very URGENT, immediately available Candidates preferred
