sWe are seeking a skilled and experienced freelance Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for a one-year project. The ERM Consultant will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact the organization's ability to achieve its objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks affecting the organization.
Develop risk identification methodologies and tools.
Facilitate risk identification workshops and interviews with key stakeholders.
Analyse identified risks to determine their potential impact and likelihood.
Evaluate existing risk controls and assess their effectiveness.
Prioritize risks based on their potential impact on the organization.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
Collaborate with departments to integrate risk management practices into business processes.
Monitor and report on the progress of risk mitigation activities.
Design and implement a comprehensive ERM framework tailored to the organizations needs.
Establish risk policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Develop and maintain risk registers and risk reporting templates.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance risk awareness across the organization.
Provide guidance and support to employees on risk management practices.
Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and the board of directors.
Communicate risk management strategies and progress to stakeholders.
Ensure the organizations risk management practices comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CRMA, FRM, or PRM) will be an advantage
Minimum 8 years of experience as an ERM consultant or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO ERM).
Must have own UAE visa
